CANCELLATION/CHANGES Orders may not be modified or cancelled once entered into production.

SHIPPING Orders conforming to the size and weight requirements of parcel freight carriers will be shipped freight prepaid and the charges added to your invoice. Orders requiring motorfreight carrier handling will be shipped freight collect.

DAMAGE Your order is carefully inspected and packed before consignment to the freight company. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring in transit. If such loss or damage should occur, please retain all packing materials and notify the carrier promptly. The carrier's agent will perform an inspection and provide forms for filing a claim. Please notify Our Store's customer service of deficiencies or problems with your order; we will assist in preparing a damage claim.

RETURNS We reserve the right to make corrections in a timely manner, to defects in an order. Returns not pre-authorized in writing by Our Store will not be accepted. When An Authorized Return is determined to be defective and if for any reason the defect cannot be corrected, a full Credit for Cash or Merchandise will be issued. Authorized Return Merchandise determined not to be defective will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price and the remaining credit will be available as a Store Credit only.
