Florida Plants Online Garden Store catalog merchandise is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, artisan, grower, or publisher. We process and forward your order. In the case of custom crafted items, motorfreight items, or furniture, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for customer events, building schedules, or other exact deadlines.

General delivery time on featured merchandise is 2-8 weeks for furniture, large fountains, stone statuary, or any custom finished or motorfreight item.

Aquatic plants are shipped in the appropriate season of harvest.

Orders of Custom Finished Furniture, Statuary, Pottery and Fountains are non-cancellable once entered into production. Refused shipments of furniture or any motorfreight item will be subject to all the shipping and handling charges plus a 25% re-stocking charge.

Returns are for store credit only.

Any product purchased through our store arriving damaged or defective will be replaced provided damages or other defects are reported promptly. If merchandise arrives damaged, please retain it in its original packing materials and contact the Garden Store. Please do not attempt to repair, install, or utilize damaged or defective merchandise. We reserve the right to make timely corrections should shipments be erroneous or damaged. If a shipment error cannot be corrected in a reasonable period of time, a complete refund will be issued.
